Who receives the reminders

Reminders from the e-Attestations platform are automatic and are sent to all users of the account.

All reminders of registered contacts are carried out every week between Monday and Thursday.

If several contacts are registered for your entity, they may not receive the reminder email on the same day.

Furthermore, the content of reminder emails is updated according to the updating of the documents.
