In order to guarantee the confidentiality of the content of your establishment's documents, particularly with regard to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), only the contact who made the deposit can view the content thereof.

Other users see that the document has been submitted, but cannot access its contents. The “view” button is grayed out, and the following message is displayed when hovered: For confidentiality reasons, you cannot view deposits made by other users.
