A supplier code of conduct describes the Client's expectations which may concern:

working environment standards: occupational health and safety, process safety, health, safety and regulations related to
the environment and quality...
the commercial practices of their suppliers: management of corporate gifts, fight against corruption, etc.
respect for ethical codes: integrity, confidentiality and intellectual property...
Respect for human rights: fight against child labor, free choice of employment, fair treatment...

these codes can either be documents to be signed online, or documents to be downloaded, filled in and then submitted.
