Error downloading a document

Please complete this page as follows:


1. Download the model proposed on this page.
2. Once completed online, save your document on your workstation then place it in your file by clicking on Browse .

  1. Select the method of receiving the signature code (email or SMS) in order to be redirected to the Yousign signature page.

  2. View the document then scroll to the bottom of the page, click on "sign" Enter the temporary signature code that you received by email or SMS to sign your document online.
